Conference 4.30 p.m. on 23rd March. Court 7, Bristol Civil & Family Justice Centre
At 4.30 p.m. on 23rd March 2017 there will be a conference in Court 7 of the Bristol Civil and Family Justice Centre, 2 Redcliff Street, Bristol, BS1 6GR to consider the decision of the Court of Appeal in this case. In particular we will consider the implications of the case for practice relating to accommodation under section 20 of The Children Act 1989 and also to claims for damages under the Human Rights Act 1998.
